to browse an Excel file either in your file viewer window or in a browser window. Working with Tender Upload - Excel ViewerYou may customize Tender Upload - Excel Viewerby entering the URL of the Excel file you would like to view. You must
be authorized to access the file. You can browse the Excel file either in the
Excel File Viewer window or launch it in another browser window. If you are browsing within
the Excel File Viewer window, you can configure the height and width of the display area. Note:Tender Upload - Excel Viewer requires Excel viewer. If you are using Netscape Navigator to view your
files, you also need a Netscape plugin. | Document URL | Enter the URL of the file you wish to access. You must have
authorization to view the file. |

| View document | Select where you would like to view your file. Choose to view either
within the Excel File Viewer window or in a browser window. |

| Height | Enter the height you would like to view your Excel file. This value
is entered in terms of pixels. |

be set to the width of the portlet, or to a specific width in pixels. |

Accessibility of the Tender Upload - Excel ViewerUsers having difficulty accessing the Tender Upload - Excel Viewer application within the portlet page, can access the
application by following the steps mentioned below: - Go to Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types.
- Go to the advanced settings for the XLS(Microsoft Excel Worksheet) file type and ensure that the "Browse in same window" option is unchecked.
- Go to the edit mode of the portlet and choose "View document in new window"
.
The Tender Upload - Excel Viewer will open in a new window and the user will be able to leverage all accessibility features built into Excel. |
